Rachelle works collaboratively and flexibly with clients to tailor therapy to her client’s individual needs. Rachelle sees therapy as providing a space for clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, make sense of their life experiences and their emotional needs. This helps clients learn to regulate their responses in more adaptive ways in order to improve their psychological wellness and increase their sense of security in both themselves and their relationships with others.
